Types of Violations and Definitions

A violation of Company Policies and Regulations
is when the Company's personnel do not follow/comply with the company's written regulations and rules. Example :
- Carelessly or deliberately damaging, eliminating, or letting company property to be in a state of danger that may cause harm to the company
- Eating and smoking outside of meal/break times or outside the designated areas
- Conducting agitation, intimidation, or other actions that may cause a strike or slow down work activities in the company or a department
- Delay incoming deposits for more than 24 hours working days
- Revealing or divulging company secrets that should be kept secret except for the interests of the state, either directly or indirectly for personal gain or other external parties that will harm the company
- Record attendance/return for fellow workers and abuse work time recording
- Defamation of the company, which may either directly or indirectly cause losses to the company
- Deliberately misusing sick certificates
- Failure to report serious and/or infectious diseases that can endanger the life or health of other workers
- To sleep while on duty

Abuse of Authority
is when any person would benefit themselves or another person or a corporation, by misusing his / her authority, opportunity, or means because his/her position or position can harm the company's finances and/or business. Example :
- Misuse the authority/trust given by the company when dealing with outside parties or when making contracts. Conducting transactions with outside businesses by using the company name or representing the company for personal gain
- Using without permission / misusing company property
- Leaving work without superiors' permission and/or carrying out personal matters without superiors' permission while on duty.

Extortion
can be defined as forcing people to hand over goods or money and so on with threats. Example :
- Carry out illegal levies within the company environment
- Pressuring and/or influencing and/or persuading dealers and/or suppliers and/or partners to get personal gain that may be detrimental to the company

Fraudulent Deeds
are dishonest acts which includes actions such as fraud, forgery, concealment, or removal of important company documents/reports by Company personnel such that it may cause harm to the Company or other parties. Example :
- Provide false or falsified information or falsify or hide information, files, documents, vouchers, receipts that causes harm to the company
- Not giving up other income that belongs to the company (Other income is all income from the sale of company-owned goods other than commercial seeds)
- Add, reduce or change the contents of company documents, memos, letters, announcements, files, and other files belonging to the company without permission from management

Conflict of Interest
is a situation or condition in which the Company's Individuals who have the power and authority have or are suspected of having a personal / group interest in the use of their power and authority to harm the Company and affect the Company's quality and performance. Example :
- Working with other parties/companies while still under a work contract with the company and outside the knowledge and permission of the management

Gratuities
is the activity of giving and/or receiving Gifts / Souvenirs and Entertainment, which is carried out by the Company's personnel with their authority/position in the Company, so that it may cause a conflict of interest that affects the independence, objectivity, and professionalism of the Company's personnel. Example :
- Borrowing money and/or goods and/or obtaining services from dealers/suppliers, especially those that will significantly affect business relationships
- Request and or receive gifts, commissions, or entertainment from third parties

Offenses against morality, ethics, social standards and racial relations
as well as racist behaviour that does not following the values of decency, both from the perspective of humanity (religion) individually and from society as a whole. Example :
- Drunkenness, drinking intoxicating liquor, using and or distributing narcotics, psychotropic substances, and other addictive substances in the work environment
- Eating and smoking outside of meal/break times or outside the designated places
- Committing immoral acts and sexual harassment in the work environment.

Theft
is the activity of taking goods / something, either wholly or partly belonging to another person with the intention of owning the goods and breaking the law. Example :
- Take or try to take or remove company property (such as seeds, samples, crops, materials, equipment or documents) by falsifying or cooperating with other people for personal gain
- Committing fraud, theft or embezzlement of goods and/or money belonging to the company / co-workers

Threatening Security
is an activity that harms or injures another party and is related to one's security and safety. Example :
- Owning and carrying dangerous weapons in the company's work environment
- Assaulting, abusing, threatening, or intimidating co-workers at work
